I partnered with the Director of Strategy to lead discovery workshops, aligning business goals, product requirements, and client expectations. After defining the product foundations and core flows, I conducted user testing with 10 participants to validate assumptions and identify key usability gaps. Insights from research directly informed the UI, interaction design, and system behavior. I then worked closely with engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation and design quality through development.
